1. Assist in the development and dissemination of the operational dashboard.
2. Analyze financial results against budget and previous year figures.
3. Prepare and verify inventory files.
4. Calculate Food & Beverage ratios and establish variances between actual and theoretical consumption.
5. Monitor complimentary offerings and control corrections and losses on revenue.
6. Draft and maintain financial procedures as necessary.
7. Track Advertising & Promotion expenses.
8. Monitor Travel & Entertainment expenses and procurement card usage.
9. Contribute to budget preparation and reforecasting.
10. Reconcile purchase orders and invoices for payment processing.
11. Track client receivables.
12. Participate in monthly closing activities, including provisions related to operations and verification of accurate analytical charge allocation.
13. Input financial data into financial tools, including Profit & Loss statements.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in finance, preferably within the hospitality industry.

A minimum of 3 years in a finance-related role, ideally within the hospitality industry, is required.
