- Conduct induction training in-classroom for newcomers to ensure comprehensive education on products, services, and sales.
- Implement field induction 'Train the Trainer' programs for Field Supervisors to facilitate BA's initial field induction, follow-up, and coaching.
- Collaborate with Field Supervisors for A-launches trainings and ensure BAs are well-versed in new product launches.
- Deliver new services training for Field Supervisors and BAs to maintain high standards of service excellence.
- Organize and execute training programs such as Benefit Annual Convention and Brow Guru, including certification processes.
- Provide in-store coaching and training for BAs based on identified needs and requests from the Training Manager and Sales Team.
- Conduct store visits with Field Supervisors to review education adherence, ensure compliance with Benefit Guidelines, and identify training needs.
- Ensure access to both physical and digital education tools for staff and collaborate with Field Supervisors to track e-learning participation.
- Support retailer staff, local market, and travel retail training initiatives in alignment with local training strategies and calendars.
- Manage allocated budget for training sessions, tools, and travel expenses.
- Attend EU Training Meetings, Local Meetings, and external events as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks related to training operations.
- Minimum 3 years of field experience in the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to coach and educate teams effectively.
- Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 75% of the time.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
- Preferred experience in education.
- Licenses or certifications in makeup and aesthetics are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on sales.

- Specialization in makeup product knowledge, brow waxing, tinting techniques, and makeup application.
