LVMH Corporate Tax Intern

- Conduct technical studies in French and international taxation (direct and indirect taxes).
- Monitor French and international tax developments.
- Regularly review financial communications of the CAC40.
- Assist Corporate Tax Specialists in managing holding companies' tax affairs, including tax reviews, technical tax queries, intra-group flows, and tax audits.
- Participate in M&A projects and French and international reorganizations.
- Manage financial taxation and coordinate group tax policy.
- Handle major tax disputes and claims procedures.
- Oversee tax aspects of peripheral operational activities.
- Participate in the analysis and implementation of OECD Pillar 2 rules and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), including impact assessments and process documentation.
- Enrolled in a Bar Training School, Business School, or pursuing a postgraduate degree in Management/Law with a focus on corporate taxation.
- Preferably with initial experience in a corporate tax team or law firm.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navis, BOFIP, IBFD.
- Autonomous, available, with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, rigor, and analytical thinking.
Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to a tax team in a corporate or law firm setting.
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Law or Business with a focus on taxation.
