LVMH Corporate Tax Intern

1. Conduct technical studies in French and international taxation (direct and indirect taxes).
2. Monitor French and international tax developments.
3. Regularly review financial communications of the CAC40.
4. Assist Corporate Tax Specialists in managing holding companies' tax affairs, including tax reviews, technical tax queries, intra-group flows, and tax audits.
5. Participate in M&A projects and French and international reorganizations.
6. Manage financial taxation and coordinate group tax policy.
7. Handle major tax disputes and claims procedures.
8. Oversee tax aspects of peripheral operational activities.
9. Participate in the analysis and implementation of OECD Pillar 2 rules and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), including impact assessments and process documentation.

1. Enrolled in a Bar Training School, Business School, or pursuing a postgraduate degree in Management/Law with a focus on corporate taxation.
2. Preferably with initial experience in a corporate tax team or law firm.

1. Fluent in written and spoken English.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navis, BOFIP, IBFD.
3. Autonomous, available, with strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capability, rigor, and analytical thinking.

Beginner level experience, ideally with some exposure to a tax team in a corporate or law firm setting.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Law or Business with a focus on taxation.
