LVMH Corporate Tax Intern

1. Conduct technical studies in French and international taxation, including direct and indirect taxes.
2. Monitor French and international tax developments.
3. Regularly review financial communications of CAC40 companies.
4. Assist Corporate tax specialists in managing holding company taxation, including tax reviews and technical accounting queries.
5. Participate in M&A projects and French and international reorganizations.
6. Manage financial taxation and coordinate group tax policy.
7. Handle major tax disputes and claims procedures.
8. Oversee tax matters related to peripheral operational activities.
9. Contribute to the analysis and implementation of OECD Pillar 2 rules and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), including impact assessment and process documentation.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bar Training School, Business School, or pursuing a Master's degree in Management/Law with a focus on corporate taxation.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a tax team within a company or law firm.

1. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navis, BOFIP, IBFD.
3. Ability to work autonomously, with availability, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, and synthesis skills.

Beginner level experience is acceptable.

Currently pursuing a relevant degree in law or business with a focus on taxation.
