1. Conduct technical studies in French and international taxation, including direct and indirect taxes.
2. Monitor French and international tax developments.
3. Assist Corporate Tax specialists with fiscal management of holdings, including tax reviews and technical accounting assistance.
4. Participate in M&A projects and French and international reorganizations.
5. Manage financial taxation and coordinate the group's tax policy.
6. Handle major tax disputes and claims procedures.
7. Oversee tax compliance for peripheral operational activities.

1. Enrollment in a Bar Training School, Business School, or a Master's program in Management/Law with a focus on corporate taxation.
2. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navis, BOFIP, and IBFD.

Ideally, candidates should have prior experience in a tax team within a corporate environment or a law firm.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Law or Business.
