1. Conduct technical studies in French and international taxation, including direct and indirect taxes.
2. Monitor French and international tax developments.
3. Assist Corporate Tax specialists in managing holding company taxation, including tax reviews, technical tax queries, intra-group flows, and tax audits.
4. Participate in M&A projects and French and international reorganizations.
5. Manage financial taxation and coordinate the group's tax policy.
6. Handle significant tax disputes and claims procedures.
7. Oversee tax aspects of peripheral operational activities.

1. Currently enrolled in a Bar Training School, Business School, or pursuing a Master's degree in Management/Law with a focus on corporate taxation.
2. Ideally, previous experience in a tax team within a company or law firm.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Navis, BOFIP, IBFD.
2. Autonomy, availability, strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, rigor, and analytical thinking.

Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates with an interest in corporate taxation.

Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program.
