1. Autonomously manage a portfolio of approximately thirty French companies.
2. Conduct capital increase and reduction operations, simplified mergers, and TUPs.
3. Support other legal professionals in restructuring operations and acquisition audits.
4. Co-administer the Governance database (Dilitrust) for the LVMH Group.
5. Train and support legal department users in various Maisons both in France and internationally.
6. Facilitate the 'Governance' community through training sessions in French and English, both domestically and abroad.
7. Organize and lead an annual seminar, maintaining regular interaction with IT and service providers.
8. Develop close relationships with the legal departments of the Group's Maisons globally.

1. Master's degree in Corporate Law.
2. Minimum of 7-8 years of experience within a corporate group.

1. Proficient in corporate law with an understanding of accounting and tax issues.
2. Strong writing, analytical, and synthesis skills.
3. Experience with database administration, preferably Governance.
4. Interest in digital tools and IT project management.
5. Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 5 years in a relevant legal role within a corporate group.

Master's degree in Corporate Law.
