1. Order and track samples, TOAs, gratis, comps, and product testers using the AX system, providing updates on shipments to field and retailer as needed.
2. Manage paid sampling projects, ensuring effective communication with retailers, account managers, and third-party vendors, and update invoicing with Finance.
3. Review internal processes and analyze order patterns to identify trends.
4. Oversee and maintain communication with field teams and retailers.
5. Set up new items and update pricing in retailer systems.
6. Perform various administrative tasks, including new door setup, shipments, and maintaining store directories.

1. 1+ years of administrative experience.

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
4. Adaptability to a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
5. Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of one year in an administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.

The target salary range for this position in California is $26.45-$33.65 per hour, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
