LVMH Conversion Rate Optimization Analyst Intern

- Collaborate with the Experimentation & Analytics team to analyze the Group's websites and propose optimization recommendations.
- Assist in data collection and analysis using Google Analytics.
- Identify conversion levers and customer journeys on the websites.
- Present insights and recommendations through PowerPoint presentations.
- Draft functional specifications for site optimization, including technical and design aspects.
- Create mockups for A/B tests and guide the Maisons' UX teams.
- Communicate creative needs to Maisons before launching A/B tests and personalizations.
- Manage roadmaps and adhere to A/B test and personalization launch timelines.
- Ensure the quality of A/B tests and personalizations and the accurate reporting of KPIs.
- Evaluate the success and measure the results of proposed optimizations.
- Provide recommendations and insights on result interpretations.
- Document best practices for e-commerce optimization.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree in business school, engineering school, university, or equivalent.
- Strong interest in analytics and its implications.
- Good understanding of digital and e-commerce challenges, with an interest in online conversion optimization.
- Autonomous, organized, meticulous, creative, and eager to learn.
- Experience with key tracking tools, UX analytics, and A/B testing: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, AB Tasty, Dynamic Yield, Contentsquare, Clarity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
