LVMH Controlling Manager

1. Serve as a strategic business partner, providing critical financial oversight and operational support.
2. Implement and enhance analytical dimensions in newly integrated entities.
3. Review and harmonize costing methods, stock valuation, and controlling methodologies.
4. Standardize industrial variances and monitor action plans.
5. Coordinate comprehensive reporting activities focusing on revenue, costs, capex, and key operational indicators.
6. Participate in monthly and annual closing operations.
7. Optimize the production and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
8. Conduct ad hoc financial and operational analyses to support decision-making.
9. Monitor cash flow and Capex trends, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
10. Participate in the budget process and assist in developing multi-year business plans.
11. Create financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
12. Integrate eco-transformation decisions into financial projections.
13. Lead initiatives to improve financial processes and monitoring.
14. Drive productivity and industrial efficiency projects.
15. Enhance decision-making tools for measuring industrial performance.
16. Ensure data reliability and propose enhancements to information systems.

1. Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with auditing experience.
3. Deep understanding of BOM, routing, and standard costing methodologies.
4. Extensive experience in financial data manipulation and information systems.
5. Proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance.
6. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in Italian and/or Spanish is a plus.

1. Advanced Excel skills.
2. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial insights.
3. Ability to travel as required.

Minimum of 7 years of professional experience, including in-depth experience in a manufacturing environment and ideally complemented by auditing experience.

Master’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
