1. Monitor hourly performance across all production lines and identify improvement opportunities.
2. Implement and track SF control methods such as fatigue and quality recalibration.
3. Characterize SO in manufacturing and ensure the monitoring of industrialization indicators.
4. Contribute to continuous improvement projects to optimize production flow, quality, and productivity.
5. Actively participate in team observation and management, supporting the Service Manager.

1. Currently enrolled in an industrial engineering school, seeking a final-year internship of at least 6 months.

2. Exhibits curiosity, analytical skills, and proactivity to identify and formalize improvement needs and solutions.
3. Ability to work collaboratively with staff and production teams, observing managerial practices and participating in improvement initiatives.
4. Autonomous, proactive, and capable of contributing actively to the success of cross-functional projects.
5. Results-oriented with a sensitivity to environmental and societal issues in continuous improvement actions.

Entry-level, suitable for students in their final year of industrial engineering studies.

Currently pursuing a degree in industrial engineering.
