LVMH Commercial Coordinator

- Serve as the primary contact for inquiries via telephone and email, documenting details meticulously.
- Provide prompt responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including Account Managers and Brand Managers.
- Address inquiries related to product availability, delivery times, pricing, and consignment details.
- Create and manage sales orders for Wholesale customer accounts and Directly Operated Stores.
- Prepare and follow up on Consignment Reports for customer and trade consignments.
- Maintain control spreadsheets for various topics, such as staff purchases.
- Execute daily corrections for partially delivered line items and manage the daily credit block report.
- Oversee weekly backorder allocation and generate weekly invoicing reports.
- Ensure monthly updates of backorders and calculate monthly rebates.
- Monitor and record import and export CITES application cycles for all brands.
- Apply for and manage all necessary import and export certificates.
- Acquit unused import and export permits across all brands.
- Undertake additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, preferably within the luxury goods industry.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service orientation with an understanding of luxury clientele.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive approach.
- Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High integrity and strong ethical values.
- Motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of SAP and/or Salesforce is advantageous.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or operations, with a preference for luxury goods industry experience.
