1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking information about product availability and reservations across various communication channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
2. Provide expert pre-sales advice by recommending suitable products and services to clients.
3. Facilitate a personalized sales experience by showcasing iconic brand models and assisting clients with online orders.
4. Uphold the luxury brand's standards of excellence and foster client loyalty.
5. Identify potential client needs and suggest complementary products.
6. Resolve post-sales issues and manage after-sales claims to ensure client satisfaction.
7. Engage with clients through courtesy calls and exclusive event invitations to build lasting relationships.
8. Address and resolve negative client feedback to improve satisfaction and retention.

1. Proficiency in English, French, and German at CEFR level C1.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
