LVMH Bilingual Customer Advisor

- Act as an ambassador for LVMH Maisons, welcoming clients with a luxury posture and aiming for operational excellence.
- Respond to client inquiries through various contact channels including phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Provide personalized advice by presenting iconic models from each Maison.
- Assist clients with their online order placements.
- Proactively contribute to sales promotion by advising clients on product offerings.
- Manage client files in accordance with Maison guidelines.
- Handle post-sale complaint resolutions.
- Participate in loyalty campaigns.
- Minimum of a Bac+2 degree (BTS MUC, BTS NRC, DUT TC) or a university degree, or a Bac+3 to 5 in fields such as literature, languages, humanities, or art history.
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (CEFR level C1); a third language is advantageous.
- Strong enthusiasm for multicultural environments and luxury values.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency with dedicated IT tools.
Entry-level position suitable for beginners.
Minimum Bac+2 or equivalent in relevant fields.
The position offers a one-year professionalization or apprenticeship contract with alternating training at EMA SUP Paris and practical experience at LVMH Client Services. The training is fully covered for the apprentice.
