1. Achieve individual and team sales objectives and goals.
2. Master brand and product knowledge across all categories.
3. Advise clients and build long-term relationships using clienteling tools.
4. Manage store zoning and rotations in collaboration with the store team.
5. Ensure key products are well-displayed to maximize business opportunities.
6. Lead window product changes and installations.
7. Collaborate with the store team on business events and train the team on visual merchandising topics.

1. Experience in a retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.
2. Demonstrated experience in visual execution in a fast-paced, retail (preferably luxury) environment.
3. Experience with RTW, leather goods, and accessories.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail environment with a focus on visual merchandising.

Hourly rate of USD $23-$26 plus commission opportunities.
