- Gather and analyze business challenges, conducting risk assessments within the Holding's scope.
- Identify key processes, assets, and suppliers.
- Determine regulatory or contractual requirements specific to the Holding.
- Adapt and implement Group security policies within the Holding's context, complemented by specific policies, procedures, and operational modes as needed, ensuring communication to all stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure security validations for necessary processes, manage exceptions appropriately, justify, document, and regularly review them, especially to eliminate temporary exceptions.
- Specify and coordinate technical and organizational security audits and reviews for processes, systems, and applications.
- Verify compliance with internal and external policies using compliance dashboards and control plans, ensuring continuous evaluation of security practices and systems, and determining improvement plans.
- Define a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap, including the Group's shared roadmap and additional specific needs of the Holding, and monitor its implementation.
- Promote and communicate cybersecurity to tech teams, business departments, and management.
- Provide security advice to business and support departments.
- Coordinate security integration by design in all new application or infrastructure projects, during initial construction, operation, or major updates.
- Coordinate the use of global cyber defense services and solutions, including monitoring, detection, and incident response.
- Manage the security incident management process: handle alerts, vulnerabilities, and incidents, conduct investigations, take immediate necessary actions, and ensure remediation follow-up by responsible parties.
- Lead the crisis cell for significant incidents with the Group cyber defense team, conducting post-incident reviews.
- Specify and oversee identity and access management processes, including privileged access management, and conduct account and authorization reviews.
- Assist businesses in specifying cyber-resilience needs, ensuring recovery plans are in place and tested.
- Develop, organize, deliver, or supervise training and awareness actions, including using global content and services provided by LVMH.
- Advanced degree in engineering, ideally with a specialization in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in leading cybersecurity activities.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity best practices, standards, and regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement security policies, processes, and procedures.
- Experience in identifying, evaluating, and managing cyber risks, and implementing risk mitigation measures and incident response plans.
- Project management skills to coordinate and oversee cybersecurity measures implementation.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to explain security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Skills in awareness and training to promote a security culture.
- Experience in conducting security audits and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Autonomous, pragmatic, methodical, and rigorous.
- Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially during security crises or incidents.
- Commitment to ethical standards and integrity.
Minimum 10 years of experience in leading cybersecurity activities.
Advanced degree in engineering, ideally with a specialization in cybersecurity.
