1. Verify and validate models to ensure accuracy.

5. Anticipate and resolve production issues, proposing solutions as necessary.
6. Support the outsourcing process.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in modeling or industrialization within the luxury sector.
2. Deep understanding of production workflows, materials, reinforcements, adhesives, and hardware.
3. Fluency in Italian.

1. Proficiency in CAD, with Aimpes being advantageous.
2. Expertise in Stealth and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
3. Familiarity with quality standards and production processes for luxury leather goods.
4. Strong attention to detail and precision.
5. Problem-solving mindset focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
6. Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
7. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Flexibility and adaptability.
