LVMH Business Development Manager - APAC

- Maintain, nurture, and expand the existing network of importers, distributors, and key retail partners.
- Drive consumption and depletion through tailored sales opportunities for each market.
- Develop bespoke strategies for each market aligned with estate priorities and brand positioning.
- Strengthen and consolidate the distribution footprint across the APAC region.
- Represent the estates at local wine fairs, trade shows, and events to enhance visibility and network.
- Lead, plan, and execute market visits ensuring strong return on investment.
- Prepare and support new vintage releases with strategic distributors and importers.
- Build visibility and partnerships in the on-trade sector, ensuring strong advocacy and presence.
- Develop and implement high-impact retail initiatives to elevate brand awareness and conversion.
- Provide regular, structured reporting on market performance, data insights, competitor activity, and emerging trends.
- Share strategic recommendations with estates and management to inform business decisions.
- Maintain consistent communication with each estate to discuss risks and opportunities.
- 5–10 years of experience in the wine industry within the APAC region.
- Strong network in both on-trade and off-trade sectors across key markets.
- Solid understanding of route-to-market dynamics for fine wines in APAC.
- Proven track record in commercial development within premium or luxury wine categories.
- Genuine passion for wine, estates, terroirs, and the fine-wine universe.
- Autonomous and organized with the ability to manage a dynamic schedule independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and create opportunities.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Minimum of 5 years in the wine industry, specifically within the APAC region, with a focus on commercial development in premium or luxury wine categories.
