1. Support the Maisons in implementing CRM use cases and tools.
2. Engage in cross-functional projects across Maisons, Divisions, Regions, and the Group.
3. Leverage data analysis to formulate recommendations.
4. Collaborate with other teams and departments within the Holding, as well as partners, to execute the Client strategy.
5. Develop a testing and measurement process for Client performance.
6. Evaluate success and measure results of various projects and optimizations.
7. Provide recommendations and insights based on result interpretations.
8. Create documentation for Maisons and the Group to highlight CRM and Clienteling best practices.
9. Communicate with Maisons to understand their needs.
