1. Support regional distribution strategies, ensuring alignment with merchandising priorities and retail strategies.
2. Optimize inventory and sales through replenishment strategies.
3. Proactively adjust distribution based on regional sales and stock performance.
4. Facilitate exceptional product flows to provide premium service to VICs.
5. Oversee the Made-to-Order (MTO) process, guaranteeing seamless reception from central fulfillment to the client.
6. Partner with central distribution for zone transfers to optimize inventory and minimize depreciation.
7. Monitor sales, stock coverage, and replenishment needs to optimize sell-through, MOC, and RFR %.
8. Report and analyze distribution performance, identifying successes and opportunities.
9. Support continuous optimization of distribution flows.
10. Partner with Supply Chain counterparts to ensure cohesive operations within regional scope.
11. Collaborate with Merchandising to translate buy decisions into accurate distribution plans.
12. Support Retail in ensuring product availability for daily operations, new store launches, events, and client activations.
13. Proactively identify and implement process improvements to streamline distribution workflows.
14. Maintain agility to respond to last-minute adjustments in stock needs, event demands, and market dynamics.
15. Support ad hoc projects and special initiatives across categories.

1. 3+ years of experience within distribution, allocation, or supply chain, ideally within a luxury or fashion retail setting.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert business data into actionable strategies.
2. Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python skills are a significant asset.
3. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
4. Strong capacity for cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
5. Attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and follow-through.

Minimum 3 years of experience in distribution, allocation, or supply chain, preferably within the luxury or fashion retail sector.

Salary range of USD $80,000 to $85,000.
