LVMH Assistant Tech & Digital HR and Talent Management

1. Organize monthly reviews of Tech and Digital talents and align them with open positions within the Maisons.
2. Assist in deploying Group HR processes within Tech and Digital functions.
3. Update dashboards on KPIs and metrics to accurately support the Tech and Digital functions within LVMH.
4. Monitor all Tech and Digital talents in mobility within the Group.
5. Ensure the tracking of arrivals and departures.
6. Ensure data accuracy in HR tools.
7. Update HR reports and data.
8. Support in deploying group processes: training plans, recruitment plans, Talent Reviews, annual increase campaigns.

1. Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 in Business School, University, or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated interest in tech, digital, and Human Resources.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory.

Currently pursuing a Bac+4/+5 in Business School, University, or equivalent.
