LVMH Assistant Stand Manager

- Develop the sales revenue of the stand by implementing the commercial policy of the Maison.
- Enhance team skills and foster a positive social climate through effective management.
- Communicate with cross-functional services and relay strategic priorities to the team.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by maintaining the Maison's image and delivering exceptional service.
- Prepare reports for performance indicators and activity planning.
- Organize commercial animations on the stand, evaluate their effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
- Welcome and advise both local and international clients.
- Manage digital tools and clienteling to build and enhance the client portfolio.
- Propose and implement action plans to increase the client base and loyalty.
- Support the Flagship Manager and the sales team, developing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Define team missions and objectives, motivating and challenging them daily.
- Ensure adherence to the Maison's rules, including punctuality, scheduling, and grooming.
- Oversee daily operational aspects of the sales team on the shop floor.
- Manage team schedules and coordinate with temporary staffing agencies.
- Supervise temporary staff during peak periods and commercial events.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Cosmetics, or Aesthetics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and performance development.
- Strong interest in the Maison's products and knowledge of retail in department store environments.
- Leadership and strong team spirit.
- Service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability and rigor.
- Result-oriented with a strong commercial sense.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Word, Excel).
- Ability to communicate in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in team management and performance development.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Cosmetics, or Aesthetics.
