- Analyze social media conversations surrounding the group's Houses and their competitors, identifying trends, weak signals, and opinion dynamics.
- Extract actionable insights from social media discussions, defining appropriate queries and ensuring rigorous monitoring.
- Produce competitive studies and ad hoc analyses to assist the Houses in understanding the digital environment and consumer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with service providers to optimize social listening tools, ensure data reliability, and explore innovative solutions.
- Monitor and analyze the visibility of the group's Houses and their competitors across press, web, and social media.
- Ensure the reliability and quality of collected data.
- Produce regular reports to support the Houses in evaluating editorial visibility and the impact of their media actions.
- Provide training and support to the Houses on tool usage.
- Conduct ad hoc studies on industry trends, strategies of the Houses, and influencers.
- Contribute to the transition towards a new data visualization environment, participating in tool optimization and process improvement.
- Collaborate with various HQ/market stakeholders and service providers.
- Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Business School, University, or equivalent with a specialization in Management or Communication.
- Strong interest in Media with initial experience in a Social Media/PR department within the luxury sector preferred.
- Proactive, curious, organized, and meticulous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint essential).
- Analytical mindset.
- Comfortable handling and analyzing large data sets using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Fluent in English.
Beginner level experience is acceptable, with a preference for those with exposure to social media or PR in luxury.
Currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in relevant fields.
