- Establish a partnership and trust relationship between the Wine-Food-Education division and internal and external teams, including marketing, communication, markets, and press relations.
- Collaborate closely with two managers to form an effective, results-oriented team.
- Provide daily support to the team in budgetary and administrative follow-up, including invoicing, reporting, and supplier coordination.
- Organize logistical and operational aspects of internal and external events.
- Prepare strategic presentations for markets and internal teams.
- Contribute to the development and dissemination of wine communication tools for La Grande Dame, including product sheets, storytelling, videos, and arguments.
- Participate in creating food pairing guidelines for La Grande Dame, aligning with the cuvée's identity and the Maison's values.
- Support the international deployment of the Garden Gastronomy platform, including identifying, activating, and monitoring partner chefs and coordinating bespoke gastronomic experiences.
- Ensure the follow-up, updating, and coherence of educational content on the internal MH Learning platform.
- Contribute to the planning, logistics, and facilitation of training programs, both in-person and digital, for internal teams, markets, and external partners.
- Be involved in organizing and coordinating professional wine fairs, such as Wine Paris and ProWein.
- Manage global project logistics, budget, invoicing, and invitations for wine communication and events.
- Monitor competition entries and coordinate the dispatch of samples to the specialized press.
