LVMH Assistant Business Analyst

- Structure and enhance expertise in market and consumer intelligence within the Travel Retail LVMH Beauty Market Intelligence team.
- Collaborate closely with various Beauty Maisons, business teams, and regions to analyze available data, aiding in decision-making and optimizing operational performance.
- Contribute to the development and structuring of the department according to a clear and ambitious roadmap.
- Gather and analyze sell-out data from panelists such as Generation, Beauteresearch, and operators.
- Support commercial and marketing teams in analyzing traveler and consumer profiles using quantitative analyses.
- Deepen understanding of passenger flows by nationality and anticipate short- and medium-term trends.
- Analyze pricing fluctuations on passenger corridors and assess their strategic impacts.
- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of databases and Power BI tools.
- Foster a data culture by training and supporting internal teams in using analytical tools, acting as a functional support.
- Bachelor's degree +5 from a business school or equivalent.
- First experience in marketing and/or business analysis and data analysis, ideally in cosmetics and/or luxury.
- Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in data with the ability to interpret and cross-reference varied data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analyses clearly, structured, and convincingly.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
- Experience in an international environment is ideal.

Entry-level experience in marketing, business analysis, and data analysis, preferably within the cosmetics or luxury sectors.
