1. Assist in the auxiliary accounting processes for LVMH Holdings, under the supervision of the Auxiliary Accounting Manager.
2. Participate in supplier referencing, invoice processing, and maintenance of holding companies' auxiliary accounting.
3. Serve as a point of contact for suppliers and operational departments, ensuring accurate database referencing.
4. Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email, manage the supplier referencing mailbox, and handle follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with general accountants within the Holding Accounting Department and liaise with suppliers and LVMH brands billed by the Holdings.
6. Engage with all operational and functional services within the Holdings.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems.

1. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for effective communication with suppliers.
2. Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, attention to detail, and critical thinking ability.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in Finance and Accounting is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
