1. Assist in the auxiliary accounting processes of LVMH Holdings under the supervision of the Auxiliary Accounting Manager.
2. Engage with suppliers and operational departments to ensure accurate data entry in the supplier database.
3. Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance for database registration.
4. Manage the supplier referencing email inbox and handle follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with general accountants of the Holding Accounting Department and liaise with suppliers and Group Houses.
6. Participate in finance projects and contribute to optimizing the organization of the Group Accounting Department.

1. Enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems.
2. Proficient in English for effective communication with suppliers via phone and email.

Currently pursuing a degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
