- Utilize AutoCAD to develop, modify, and update project plans, including architectural, structural, and technical aspects.
- Actively participate in designing solutions by translating architectural intentions into feasible technical plans, integrating structural, fluid, and layout constraints.
- Develop a strong sense of spatiality and organization, ensuring coherence between architectural vision and technical and regulatory requirements.
- Create 2D/3D models to facilitate project understanding and integration into the environment.
- Maintain and update all technical plans and documents throughout project progression and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with norms, regulations (accessibility, safety), and company quality standards.
- Organize and classify technical and graphic documentation meticulously.
- Collaborate in preparing the Consultation Files for Companies (DCE), providing necessary graphic and technical elements.
- Contribute to supplier and company quote requests and technical offer analysis to ensure project compliance.
- Support the team in on-site technical work follow-up, verifying plan execution and assisting in problem resolution.
- Manage internal reorganization requests, assess user needs, and conduct space surveys if necessary.
- Verify compliance with norms (safety, ergonomics, accessibility) for each reorganization project.
- Propose space organization solutions and new configurations, developing detailed layout plans.
- Supervise the deployment and implementation of reorganizations, coordinating various stakeholders and ensuring schedule adherence.
- Manage existing furniture stock and new furniture orders, ensuring inventory and movement tracking.
- Student with a minimum Bac+3 level diploma (License, Bachelor, or equivalent).
- Preferred background in Architecture, but technical training such as BTS in Building, Space Design, or Construction Drawing with a strong interest in architecture will also be considered.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
- Strong knowledge of technical drawing, plan reading (architectural, structural, fluid), and construction principles.
- Sensitivity to architectural design and understanding of construction and layout technical challenges.
- Familiarity with office tools (Office Suite).
- Organizational skills and precision in managing large volumes of information and producing reliable documents.
- Patience and meticulousness in executing drawing, analysis, and follow-up tasks.
- Proactivity and autonomy in taking initiatives, anticipating needs, and working independently while integrated into a team.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to understand complex issues and provide clear, creative solutions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills for interacting with various stakeholders (architects, engineers, clients, companies, users, suppliers).
Beginner level experience is required.
Student with a minimum Bac+3 level diploma (License, Bachelor, or equivalent).
