LVMH Apprenticeship in Indirect Sustainable Purchasing

- Implement the Sustainable Purchasing Strategy by engaging internal stakeholders and key suppliers in sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct risk mapping for indirect categories in collaboration with category managers and stakeholders from various Maisons.
- Support the group's Purchasing and Environment departments in supplier programs aligned with the sustainable roadmap.
- Assist LVMH Sourcing team members in monitoring sustainability KPIs for their supplier portfolios.
- Participate in the rollout of the Green Energy Purchasing Strategy and manage contracts with counterparts across markets.
- Engage in industry events organized by key suppliers and contribute to the Energy Coordination Team's activities.
- Prepare and conduct internal meetings to facilitate participation in relevant purchasing training programs.
- Update training program tools to ensure availability of top-tier materials, including those focused on sustainable sourcing.
- Report on training performance and update related tools.
- Contribute to ad-hoc initiatives such as drafting reporting tools and developing purchasing policies.
- Organize events for the LVMH Purchasing Academy and sustainability initiatives.
- Maintain close collaboration with sourcing teams in Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, and the USA.
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Business, with a specialization in Purchasing and/or Sustainability preferred.
- Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, sociable and attentive.
- Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Detail-oriented and reliable, with strong numerical and database skills.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or those with limited professional experience.
Master’s degree in Engineering or Business.
