1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning processes.
2. Support continuous improvement of the program, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, and feedback reporting.
3. Activate and organize Next Generation related events such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support the facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities and committees, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR professionals.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent delivery aligned with the LVMH brand.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, HR admin processes, and presentation design.

1. Enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Business fluent in English, both orally and in writing. Medium proficiency in French is mandatory.
