1. Contribute to the deployment of the SPRING LVMH Graduate Programs initiatives, including marketing, recruitment, integration, and learning journey.
2. Support continuous improvement of the program, focusing on candidate experience, HRIS systems, provider management, and feedback reports.
3. Activate Next Generation related events, such as afterworks, community gatherings, and learning expeditions.
4. Facilitate best practices sharing across Maisons and coordinate benchmarks and mappings.
5. Contribute to emerging HR projects for the Next Generation.
6. Support facilitation of stakeholder and ambassador communities, including Graduates, Mentors, Managers, and HR professionals.
7. Collaborate with external and internal service providers to ensure timely and consistent deliveries aligned with the LVMH brand.
8. Coordinate back-office activities, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule management, database tracking, surveys, HR admin processes, and presentation design.

1. Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
2. Fluency in English, both oral and written; medium level of French required.
3. Passion for luxury and people.
4. Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Autonomous, rigorous, and well-organized.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a Master 2 program.
