LVMH Accounts Payable Accountant

1. Verify invoices through 3-way matching and ensure accurate posting of accounts payable.
2. Conduct expense checks and postings, including general, marketing, and travel expenses.
3. Manage vendor registration and maintenance.
4. Reconcile vendor accounts and execute payment proposals within deadlines.
5. Post journal entries and support the preparation of financial statements, including prepaid expenses and cost reclassification.
6. Assist in the preparation of audit and tax return working files, including corporate and consumption taxes.
7. Support internal and external audit processes and assist with tax audits as necessary.
8. Aid in the creation of purchase orders for the finance department and perform other ad hoc tasks.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting within a corporate environment.

1. Basic accounting knowledge with a focus on 3-way matching.
2. Intermediate proficiency in computer skills and MS Office.
3. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
4. Experience with SAP is advantageous.
5. Proficiency in Japanese and English at a business level.

A minimum of 3 years in a finance or accounting role within a corporate setting is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
