1. Participate in the efficient operation and development of the auxiliary accounting for LVMH's holding companies and various finance projects.
2. Assist in the supplier referencing process and maintain the auxiliary accounting of holding companies.
3. Serve as the primary contact for suppliers and operational departments to ensure accurate database referencing.
4. Respond to supplier inquiries via phone and email, assisting with their registration in the database.
5. Manage the supplier referencing email inbox and handle follow-ups.
6. Collaborate with general accountants within the Holding Accounting Department and liaise with suppliers and LVMH brands billed by the holdings.
7. Engage with all operational and functional services of the holdings.

1. Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school, or university with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems.
2. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with suppliers.
