7. Demonstrate products through flash make-overs and explain benefits effectively.
8. Initiate contact with customers and engage them through traffic stopping.
9. Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
10. Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
11. Grow business through events, appointments, and return bookings.
12. Complete operational and administrative tasks efficiently.
13. Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
14. Adhere to company and store procedures and policies.
15. Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed.
