LVMH Account Manager

- Set and monitor sales targets for team members in alignment with company objectives.
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products, ensuring a luxury service standard for customers.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Implement cross-selling strategies to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Educate and train team members on Parfums Givenchy product use and history.
- Propose personalized product recommendations to clients and address objections confidently.
- Demonstrate products through flash makeovers and articulate their benefits.
- Engage with customers both at the counter and through proactive outreach.
- Manage team members, identifying coaching and development opportunities.
- Oversee stock levels in collaboration with the Area Manager.
- Drive business growth through events, appointments, and return bookings.
- Ensure completion of operational and administrative tasks.
- Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
- Perform additional duties as directed by management.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on business development through events and sales.
- Organizational skills to manage paperwork, team members, and client needs.
- Tenacity to ensure exceptional luxury service for customers.
- Self-confidence to engage with customers and drive sales.
- Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application.
- Strong selling skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Excellent communication skills to identify customer needs.
- Immaculate grooming and presentation to embody brand elegance.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury beauty industry.
