LVMH Academic Relations Coordinator Intern

- Organize and coordinate various academic events, including school forums, conferences, visits, LVMH Day, round tables, and business cases, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Distribute and update the academic calendar detailing all school-related actions with partners and target schools.
- Manage administrative tasks for events, including registrations, participant confirmations, and logistical arrangements.
- Oversee external vendors such as stand builders, caterers, photographers, and branding elements.
- Ensure qualitative and quantitative feedback is collected post-event.
- Create promotional materials for student registrations and LinkedIn posts for employer brand communication.
- Act as an ambassador for INSIDE LVMH, Graduate Programs, and the new school event tracking tool, aHRtémis.
- Collaborate closely with Maisons to enhance recruitment from partner and target schools for internships and apprenticeships.
- Conduct monthly meetings with partner and target schools, producing polished presentations for the Academic Steering Committee.
- Propose innovative initiatives aligned with the roadmap and update actions in aHRtémis.
- Manage operational follow-up of quotes and invoices with partners and vendors.
- First experience in HR functions such as talent management or recruitment.
- Sensitivity and capability in communication and event organization.
- Affinity for the luxury industry.
- International experience and knowledge of the international educational system are advantageous.
- Proficiency in French and a high level of English are required.
