Louis Vuitton Workflow Lead (2nd Shift)

- Oversee and execute daily workshop operations on the second shift, ensuring tasks are completed to schedule and in compliance with Louis Vuitton quality standards.
- Monitor workflow progression, identify bottlenecks, and escalate equipment, material or process discrepancies to the Supervisor in a timely manner.
- Assign tasks, define operational procedures and delegate responsibilities to optimise departmental efficiency and meet production targets.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead 5S audits, and propose process changes to enhance safety, organisation, productivity and product quality.
- Maintain clear communication with the Supervisor and other departments regarding operational issues and follow up on exceptions or corrective actions.
- Manage departmental workload to consistently meet deadlines and participate in cross‑functional safety, quality and productivity projects.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in manufacturing, production or workshop environments; experience with leather goods or textiles strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate within a production team without formal managerial authority.
- Proven track record of implementing or supporting process improvements and 5S/lean initiatives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior management.
- High level of integrity, composure under pressure and capacity to prioritise conflicting demands; ability to work overtime as required.

Minimum three years in production, manufacturing or workshop operations, preferably within leather goods, textiles or comparable precision manufacturing; prior supervisory or lead-role experience on a shop floor is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or certification in leatherwork, textiles, manufacturing or a related technical discipline preferred.
