1. Act as the first point of contact for clients entering the store, delivering a warm, professional welcome and managing waiting periods.
2. Guide and orient clients during their in-store visit, liaising with Managers and Client Advisors to facilitate appointments.
3. Support packaging and presentation activities to ensure products are presented according to brand standards.
4. Assist with stockroom operations and replenishment to guarantee product availability on the sales floor.
5. Maintain store order and visual neatness to uphold an exceptional client experience.

1. Enrollment in an accredited university or vocational program eligible for a curricular internship.
2. Authorization to undertake a curricular internship according to Italian regulations.
3. Good command of spoken and written Italian and working knowledge of English.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy and a client-oriented attitude.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-driven retail environment.
