Louis Vuitton Visual Merchandising Coordinator

- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising across all product categories.
- Support business strategies and enhance client experiences in-store.
- Coordinate with the Area Visual Merchandising Manager and assist with window installations as needed.
- Manage window product changes for each rotation.
- Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in collaboration with Store Management.
- Oversee product management, including preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
- Provide qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation to the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Conduct competitor visits and report on best practices.
- Act as a proactive force in business development, leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Team Managers, Senior Client Advisors, and Expert Advisors on business events and visual merchandising topics.
- Implement store zonings for each product category in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and validate with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
- Coach and develop store teams by sharing visual merchandising knowledge and promoting maintenance awareness.
- Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards.
- Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
- Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards and guidelines.
- Participate as a team player in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Adhere to Louis Vuitton brand standards in grooming and behavior.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of all product categories.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
