1. Act as an ambassador of the Brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and sophistication in visual merchandising.
2. Support business strategy and enhance the client experience in-store.
3. Coordinate with the Area VM manager and assist with window installations.
4. Manage window product changes for every rotation.
5. Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations in consultation with Store Management.
6. Manage product preparation, location changes in the database, and installation.
7. Share qualitative and photographic feedback after each rotation with the Country Visual Merchandiser.
8. Visit competitors and report best practices.
9. Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for visual merchandising.
10. Develop business by leveraging visual merchandising to drive sales.
11. Collaborate on business events and visual merchandising topics.
12. Implement store zonings for each product category.
13. Coach and develop the store team by sharing VM knowledge.
14. Conduct day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks.
15. Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards.

1. Master knowledge of all product categories.
2. Respect Louis Vuitton Brand standards in terms of grooming and behavior.

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising.
