- Lead the overall store layout and window display design, aligning with brand identity and product characteristics to create compelling visual presentations.
- Regularly update store displays, planning and executing themed arrangements based on seasons, holidays, and new product launches to enhance visual appeal and customer engagement.
- Utilize sales data to forecast and adjust display strategies, increasing exposure for key products through visual guidance.
- Design and implement display plans for commercial and non-commercial events, such as product launches and brand cultural exhibitions.
- Ensure daily maintenance of high visual presentation standards, including product placement, styling, lighting, signage, and overall ambiance.
- Manage inventory and condition of display props, mannequins, and materials, promptly addressing any display issues.
- Collaborate with category managers and regional managers to clarify monthly product focus, sales targets, and promotional rules.
- Analyze consumer preferences and market trends to develop VM strategies aligned with store positioning.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and other departments to ensure timely execution and presentation of display props and visual materials.
- Oversee VM team scheduling, task allocation, and quality of execution, providing professional guidance and feedback.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, offering suggestions for improvement and fostering professional development.
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Art, Marketing, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin with strong English verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in product display, window design, mannequin styling, store layout, lighting application, and immersive customer experience creation.
- Strong commercial insight, understanding the impact of displays on consumer behavior and linking visual work to sales performance.
- Leadership and training abilities to guide and motivate teams to maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Experience in cross-department collaboration and resource coordination, familiar with retail operations.
- Efficient multi-project management, installation tasks, and daily operations with a keen attention to detail and delivery timelines.
- Effective communication skills to articulate display concepts, collaborate across teams, and persuasively present creative ideas.
- Proficiency in design software and display prop fabrication tools.
Over 3 years of visual merchandising experience, preferably within flagship or high-end stores in Mainland China.
Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Interior Design, Art, Marketing, or a related creative field.
