1. Coordinate with Head Office and local suppliers for window installations.
2. Manage window product changes for each rotation.
3. Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations.
4. Manage products and share qualitative and photographic feedback.
5. Visit competitors and report best practices.
6. Collaborate with the Store Leadership Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Implement store zones for each product category and visual merchandising concepts for store events.
8. Conduct day-to-day visual merchandising maintenance checks to maintain luxury retail standards.
9. Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as necessary.
10. Ensure products are displayed according to Louis Vuitton standards.
11. Support the Store Leadership Team with daily operations, including floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.
12. Motivate and coach the team.

1. Extensive experience in visual merchandising with a high-profile luxury brand.
2. 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment.
3. Demonstrated experience with ready-to-wear, accessories, and window displays.

2. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

A minimum of 3 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment is required.
