1. Support the Store Management Team with daily store operations.
2. Serve as the in-store ambassador for visual merchandising, showcasing passion and enthusiasm.
3. Leverage visual merchandising to drive sales and business development.
4. Lead floor and break management, transaction operations, and opening/closing duties.
5. Conduct daily visual merchandising maintenance checks to uphold luxury retail standards.
6. Manage the reordering of props, lighting, and visual merchandising tools as needed.
7. Ensure product displays align with Louis Vuitton standards.
8. Coordinate with Store Management, Head Office, and local suppliers for window installations.
9. Oversee window product changes for each rotation.
10. Plan, prepare, and implement regular store zoning and rotations.
11. Manage product displays and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories.
12. Provide qualitative and photographic feedback to the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager.
13. Visit competitors to report best practices.
14. Collaborate with the Store Management Team on sales trends, new launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.
15. Motivate and coach the team on visual merchandising topics.
16. Implement store zones for each product category and visual merchandising concepts for store events.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a fashion and/or luxury environment.

2. Commercial mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
3. Strong service-oriented mindset.
4. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Fluency in English and preferably Dutch.

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, ideally within a fashion and/or luxury environment.
