- Lead, coach and develop store managers and their teams by exemplifying brand service standards and the company’s leadership attitudes; identify training needs and collaborate with sales trainers to implement individual development plans.
- Identify, recruit and onboard talent; support succession planning together with store management to secure long-term bench strength.
- Set individual and team sales objectives and KPIs; proactively monitor, evaluate and manage employee performance to achieve commercial targets.
- Motivate and inspire the sales team to foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture that drives business results.
- Drive client development and retention through the effective use of clienteling tools and relationship-building strategies; ensure the team delivers a consistently elevated customer experience.
- Create a client-centric in-store atmosphere and mentor Senior Client Advisors to act as personal stylists and trusted advisors for clients.
- Communicate commercial strategy and operational priorities through daily briefings and training sessions to align the sales floor with business goals.
- Own the commercial performance of assigned men's and/or women's product universes; train the team on product knowledge and category selling techniques.
- Design and implement action plans to maximise product performance, leveraging merchandising, training, CRM, client development and team management.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to support attainment of sales targets, attachment rates and client repeat purchase.
- Develop and manage a personal book of clients to contribute directly to revenue generation.
- Provide on-the-spot coaching and qualitative feedback to improve frontline selling and coaching capabilities within the team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and Louis Vuitton operational workflows.
- Oversee inventory control and stock management processes.
- Support the store manager with workforce planning and labour management.
- Supervise store facilities maintenance and coordinate with commercial partners (e.g. shopping centres or department stores) as required.
- Proven leadership and people development capability in a retail or luxury environment.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing KPIs.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management skills with deep customer service orientation.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills; able to deliver clear briefings and effective on-the-job training.
- Solid knowledge of merchandising, inventory control and retail operations.
- Capacity to recruit, assess and retain talent; experience in succession planning and workforce management.

Typically requires 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the luxury fashion or leather goods sector, including demonstrable success in driving sales and developing teams.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent vocational qualification in retail management, business or a related discipline; professional retail training will be considered.
