1. Develop and implement training plans for a defined group of employees, including needs assessment and budget management.
2. Advise managers on team training strategies.
3. Coordinate and promote the internal 'Ecole des Savoir Faire' program, including tutor identification, training, and support.
4. Participate in the creation and coordination of training modules with experts and tutors.
5. Oversee the 'Parcours Professionnel Maroquiniers' campaigns, ensuring timely completion of professional development reviews.
6. Act as a reference for team leaders regarding technical agreements and platform usage.
7. Contribute to training development and improvement projects for the site and the brand.
8. Define and monitor training performance indicators and reporting to provide visibility on training activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within an industrial environment.
