7. Contribute to training development and improvement projects for the site and the brand.
8. Define and monitor training performance indicators and reporting to provide visibility on training activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in training within an industrial environment.
