Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure delivery of the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client through consistent coaching and modeling of brand attitudes.
- Identify, recruit, and develop talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set and manage individual and team goals, assessing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with management.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to inspire the team.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Corporate office based on market and client insights.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Act as a role model in sales leadership, supporting team sales and fostering cross-selling.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management to maximize business opportunities.
- Serve as the store point of reference for the Corporate Merchandising team, providing feedback and leveraging team expertise.
- Support product category business through team animations and mentoring.
- Ensure communication and implementation of policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support inventory management and workforce planning.
- Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
- Experience in managing teams is preferred.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
- Computer literacy.
A minimum of 5 years in retail, with a preference for candidates with team management experience.
