1. Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
2. Ensure the team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's attitudes.
3. Recruit, develop, and retain talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Set individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
5. Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with management.
6. Support the team in building long-term client relationships, utilizing clienteling tools.
7. Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences.
8. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team, conducting briefings and training sessions.
9. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
10. Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance, leveraging visual merchandising and team animation.

1. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

5. Strong analytical skills for market and client insights.

A minimum of three years of experience in a similar managerial role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
