1. Ensure achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis.
2. Lead and develop the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
3. Recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
4. Set individual and team goals; assess and manage performance.
5. Manage and motivate the team to drive business and create a positive work environment.
6. Support the team in building long-term client relationships.
7. Establish a client-centric mindset in the store.
8. Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
9. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office.
10. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
