- Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure the team delivers the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, embodying the brand's attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, securing succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and harmonious work environment, encouraging cooperation within the team and with management.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, utilizing clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team, conducting briefings and training sessions.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
- Implement action plans to enhance business and product performance, leveraging visual merchandising and team animation.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client relationship management and clienteling abilities.
- Proficient in setting and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to communicate effectively and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical skills for market and client insights.
A minimum of three years of experience in a similar managerial role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
