Responsibilities
- Ensure achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Lead and develop the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client.
- Recruit and develop talents, secure succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Set individual and team goals; assess and manage performance.
- Manage and motivate the team to drive business and create a positive work environment.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in the store.
- Communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information to the team.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
