1. Manage the end-to-end process for data analytics and insights projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
2. Track project progress, resources, and scope to ensure successful delivery on time and within budget.
3. Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Coordinate team efforts and proactively resolve project issues to keep things on track.
5. Support teams through technological changes, ensuring smooth transitions with minimal disruption.
6. Help manage stakeholder expectations and assist in the adoption of new data systems and processes.
7. Utilize knowledge of Power BI, data architecture, data pipelines, and data engineering to revise timelines and educate the business.
8. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and architects to ensure effective data solutions and architecture.
9. Provide support during quality checks, ensuring that the technical aspects of the data and analytics solutions are accurate and robust.
10. Oversee quality checks on data-driven solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and technical standards.
11. Participate in discovery calls, helping to define project scope, gather requirements, and outline technical specifications.
12. Build strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.
13. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure smooth project execution.
14. Support the team in technical discussions and help troubleshoot issues as they arise.

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
2. 8+ years of experience in data analytics, project management, and/or data engineering.
3. Proven experience in managing complex data projects and delivering successful outcomes.
4. Strong understanding of Power BI models and experience with data architecture, data pipelines, and data engineering.
5. Understanding of change management principles and experience helping teams navigate technological transitions.
6. Solid technical background with the ability to follow up on technical details and ensure high-quality deliverables.
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
9. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
10. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.

Salary range of USD $140,000-150,000.
