1. Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
2. Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
3. Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
4. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
5. Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.

7. Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
8. Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
9. Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
10. Act as a sales leader, supporting the team in achieving sales goals and fostering cross-selling.
11. Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
12. Ensure efficient sales floor management, maintaining visibility and support.
13. Stay informed about products and competitors.
14. Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team and supporting category business.
15. Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
16. Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.
