Louis Vuitton Team Manager

- Lead and coach the team to deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise to every client, modeling the four Louis Vuitton Attitudes.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team, ensuring succession plans are in place.
- Set and assess individual and team goals, managing performance against expectations.
- Foster a positive and cooperative work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
- Communicate corporate strategy and business information to the team through briefings and training.
- Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Act as a sales leader, supporting the team in achieving sales goals and fostering cross-selling.
- Build and develop a personal client portfolio.
- Ensure efficient sales floor management, maintaining visibility and support.
- Stay informed about products and competitors.
- Champion a product category, providing feedback to the Country Merchandising team and supporting category business.
- Ensure compliance with policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines.
- Support operations team in inventory management and staff planning.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in management and international in-store environments.
