1. Support all celebrity and influencer activities across categories including Fashion, Watches, Jewelry, Beauty, Corporate, Art & Culture.
2. Plan and execute celebrity and influencer marketing initiatives by identifying opportunities and challenges, and developing strategic action plans.
3. Source and shortlist suitable influencers for each activation and occasion, considering brand fit, audience relevance, and campaign objectives.
4. Maintain daily communication with talent agencies regarding product loans, placements, and related requests.
5. Prepare contracts for ad hoc celebrity and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) endorsements and partnership projects.
6. Coordinate TV and drama placements, including providing on-site assistance when required.
7. Manage sample and product pulls for celebrity and influencer requests; support dressing opportunities and handle daily operational needs.
8. Efficiently coordinate logistics for celebrity appearances and events to ensure seamless and successful execution.
9. Negotiate fees and related expenses for celebrity staff, including stylists, glam teams, and accompanying crew.
10. Process payments in accordance with the scheduled payment timelines and ensure timely disbursement of related costs.
11. Communicate with headquarters regarding celebrity dressing requests, coordination, and approvals.
12. Monitor and track daily celebrity and influencer exposure, conduct competitive research, and compile weekly and monthly reports.
13. Stay up to date on industry trends, news, and relevant developments in the entertainment landscape.
14. Prepare regular reports on ambassador activities, competitor movements, and campaign performance.
15. Work closely with talent agencies and management teams to ensure clear communication, goal alignment, contract coordination, and smooth logistics.
16. Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities and key industry partners, including stylists, editors, and production teams.

1. Minimum 4 years of related work experience in PR, VIP, marketing, or similar fields.
2. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the luxury fashion market.
