- Ensure the achievement of team targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Manage and develop the team, ensuring delivery of the Louis Vuitton promise to every client.
- Provide consistent coaching and identify development and training needs, partnering with the Field Coach Trainer.
- Support the team in building long-term client relationships, leveraging various clienteling tools.
- Establish a client-centric mindset in-store to ensure the highest level of client experience and handle client-related situations proactively.
- Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information.
- Provide the country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge.
- Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
- Demonstrate sales leadership, support team sales, and foster cross-selling and client repurchase.
- Build and develop a client portfolio.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management.
- Minimum 5 years of specialty retail experience with team management.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
- Self-starter with dependability, punctuality, and flexibility.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Computer literacy.
- Fashion-forward mindset with a passion for the fashion/luxury industry.
- Team player.
- Ability to adapt to changing company needs.
Minimum of 5 years in specialty retail with team management experience.
Bachelor's degree is a plus.
